Waiting for externally initiated failover to complete

Hi,

We have a sf4800 connected to 2 D1000's and a Sun 6320 san.
IB8 was failed and replaced by Sun. We are using Disksuite.
After the reboot we couldn't mount the filesystems on the san.
luxadm probe and luxadm display seems to be fine.
In the messages file we are continuously getting the message:


"/scsi_vhci/ssd@g60003ba68e3cc0004162927f00017421 (ssd9): Waiting for
externally initiated failover to complete"
(the same for ssd6)

When running format it hangs.

Anyone an idea what this could be?
