no packages were found when installing openssh

Hello all-

I am trying to install openssh-4.3p2-sol8-sparc-local on a Solaris 8 server
and getting the message:

pkgadd: ERROR: no packages were found in </var/tmp/dstreAAAGjaOGQ>

I have installed this same package on other Solaris 8 servers with no
problems,
so I know the package is not corrupt. I can install other packages on this
server with no problems.

Any ideas why this one package is giving me this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Jeff
