Disksuite error

Hi All,

I see the following disksuite soft partiton error, any suggestion how to fix
it.

d62: Soft Partition
Device: d6
State: Okay
Size: 184549376 blocks (88 GB)

d6: Concat/Stripe
Size: 202726272 blocks (96 GB)
Stripe 0: (interlace: 32 blocks)

d61: Soft Partition

State: Errored
