Trouble finding OpenGL 1.5

Has anyone been successful in downloading OpenGL 1.5?

The general download page for OpenGL is at:

http://www.sun.com/software/graphics/opengl/download.xml

but if you select OpenGL 1.5 you go to a link which does
not include OpenGL anywhere, from what I see.
