Solaris 10 upgrade

Hey guys, what's the best and easiest way to upgrade Solaris 10? I have the
early version of Solaris 10 and wanted to apply recent release of Solaris 10
to it (U2). Now, Do I need to go trough the install DVD and go trough the
whole process as installing new Solaris and then just to choose upgrade?
There is no way to patch Solaris like with previous versions where there
were maintenance releases and just patched the system with the required
patches/upgrades?
