Bus Error

Hi
I am very much confussed now because I am facing new
problem on one of the production server (E6900), this
is two domain server. I just try to run top utility on
one (prod1) server, when I type the top and press the
enter then showing "Bus Error" and some time "Seagment
Faulted" and my cursor has been hidden. Then I logout
and after few mins again relogin its running ok.

Its happining from last 10 days...Please tell me what
is the reason?
