Qualstar errors in messages file

Hi All,
I'm getting errors in the messages file from the
qualstar tls-8433 atatched to the server.
The errors are below and are occurring almost each
minute. The Qualstar seems to be working fine.
In a google search, I saw some similar errors when the
Bar Code was missing off the tape. Could this be the
problem here?
