v120 Boot Issue

Hello Sun Managers,
Thanks for any help you can give me. I've got a untouched from factory
v120. I'm consoling to SerialA/LOM. It boots to an ok prompt (there is
no OS installed just blank hard drives) and just sits there accepting no
input at any point before, during or after boot. There is no input/output
on SerialB. It isn't spitting out any errors , the hardware error light
isn't on, and I use the exact same setup to console into a netra t1
(same kind of serial port?) without problems. Tried consoling via a
crossover cable from the netra t1 to the v120 and get the same thing.
For good measure i even tried consoling to it with a VT100. So i don't
_think_ it is a cable problem.
Is there some other way to gain access to the system? I am thinking it
is a LOM or EEPROM configuration problem, maybe the firmware is screwed
up. Though i don't know how that could have happened. I am grasping at
straws here...
