Change I adres of a Sol 10 zone

Dear admins,

I want to install a zone on Sol-10.
Instal software that is now on a to migrate machine.
After testing I want to rename the zone and change the ip adres of that
zone to the name and ip adres of the machine that it will replace.

Server to be replaced:
ServerX 192.168.2.100

I wil create a ZoneX in ServerA
ServerA 192.168.2.2
ZoneX 192.168.2.20

After installing software in zoneX I want to rename it to ServerX with
the correct IP adres

ServerA 192.168.2.2
ServerX 192.168.2.100 (this is the zone)

How can I di this in a easy way
