Solaris 10 patches

Hello.
Sunsolve is redirecting me to sunsolve.sun.com/FRONTDOOR everytime I try to download 118833-20 even though we have a contract for Solaris 10 support. Anyone else seen issues like that?
It's listed as PUBLIC which is even more confusing. If I try to download the patch without logging it Sunsolve wants me to login.
btw - I can download through FCS no problem but I do not know if our site is legally entitled.
