Thanks list, for helping me with this.
I was reading the solaris disk from a windows machine so I was unable to
view all of the content. That's why I couldn't find the right packages
"SUNWsndmr and SUNWsndmu". I was only able to find SUNWSNDMR and
SUNWSNDMU which I guess were wrong.
So I put the disk into a Debian Linux box and found that the right
packages were listed in the Product folder on the disk. Then I just
tar'ed them up and sftp'ed them to the Sun box untar'ed them and it
worked!!
I now have sendmail installed on the system.
I guess the lesson is DON'T try to pull packages off the install disks
from a Windows box!
