Jumpstart net boot issue on Sun Fire V-210

Hi Guru,
I have Sun Fire V-210 spac machine client side. I
done jumpstart server configuration on Ultra sparc
machine. Whenever im trying to boot net - install
giving following error.
Timed out waiting for TFTP reply.
If same i will try on another sparc machine I m able
to boot from net.
What could be the problem
