Humblest apologies to the list, but my earlier summary was in error.
I can't find the SUNWccon pkg in the "suncluster-3.1_805-ga-agents-sparc.zip" file.
When I looked for it this morning, what I found was a remnant of earlier tests.

I went back to the sunsite and downloaded the java_es_05Q4-ga1-solaris-sparc-2-iso. I'll let you know if this is where the file is after I get it transferred, unzipped and mounted.
