mount / kernel panic

Hello,

Ive just installed a new Solaris 9 on a E450 box. After applying all
recommended patches in single user mode I cannot boot anymore the box. I got
a kernel panic while mounting the root filesystem :

Vfs_mount : cannot mount root filesystem

I was using a mirrored root filesystem, Ive managed to boot in single user
mode with a cdrom and change the vfstab to boot on one disk instead of the
read, I can mount the disk using the cdrom kernel. But Ive still the same
problem with the patched solaris 9 kernel.

I thing something is missing on a kernel module or something like that. Is
there any recent patch related to kernel modules and/or vfs ?
