Tape problem

Hi everybody..

I have a configuration problem with a Tape device, first I new in this and I
dont know where connect the scsi cable, in the back side of the tape I have
2 connectors "out" and "in" and a selector for the Scsi ID and show the
number 4..

Well the question is where I connect the scsi cable?

It is Solaris 9, what I need to do to see the tape how other device?

How can I be sure that the tape was recognized by the server

The tape is old is a SUN EXB-8505 XL
