Apache with VCS port 8080 not listening

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem with Apache server running under VCS.

Apache is configured to be running on both nodes ( hub1 & hub2 ) under VCS .
And all the config files are under shared mount point.

It is running on hub1 perfectly and port 8080 is listening fine.
But on hub2 - Apache is running but port 8080 is not listening anything.

If I am starting the hub2 specific apache on hub1 , it is running fine.
And port 8080 is listening along with the virtual IP of hub2.

Now looks like something wrong with listening of port 8080 on hub2.
Being a production box , I donot have much play room.

Any idea about port 8080 not listening on hub2 ?
Or is there anything wrong with the VCS config with the virtual IP of HUB2 ?

How do I check this ?

Well appereciated your help.
