Recommendations for server and software management

Is there a common product folks use to manage server software and
maintenance? I want to manage our software versions for several
servers from a single console. I want to push update, upgrades, OS
updates, etc. I want to be able to aggregate the server software
versions as well as hardware configurations to the management console.
I would like to have the management tool collect system events and
trend utilization, etc.

What's are you folks using?
