Any way to tell how long a socket has been in a TIME_WAIT state?

Trying to find out if there's any way of interrogating the kernel (
Sol 8 ) to find out how long a socket has been in a TIME_WAIT state.
All can do at the minute is assume that it has just gone into that
state and expect it to last for the tcp_time_wait_interval ( default 4
mins ).
