PCI-X device in a standard PCI slot on the I/O assembly of Sun Fire E6900

Hi,
The I/O assembly of Sun Fire E6900 has 6 slots for standard PCI/PCI+/PCI-X
(33-MHz) device boards and 2 for PCI-X (66-MHz). We would like to buy a Sun
Quad GigaSwift 4 port ethernet adaptor (PCI-X, 66-MHz/123-MHz) and put it in
the I/O assembly. But since the only slot we have available on the I/O
assembly is a 33 MHz slot. I read that if PCI-X and PCI devices are mixed on
the same I/O bus, then the PCI-X will run at the standard PCI bus speed.
My question is: what speed will the GigaSwift card run at, 33 MHz, 66MHz, or
100MHz as the following document states:
http://docs.sun.com/source/817-4119-11/components.html
TIA, and a summary will follow.
Rongsheng
