System not able to boot with cdrom -s

Dear
I am trying to install boot block on my test box
(Sunblade100, solaris 8), when i run the "boot cdrom
-s" on ok prompt I got some "not found" errors as
/sbin/startup: /sbin/Sysidfind: not found
/sbin/startup: /sbin/getLocal: not found
/sbin/startup: /sbin/usr/lib/locale: does not exists
/sbin/startup: nawk: not found
/sbin/startup: /tmp/.localfile: not found
INIT: Command is respawing too repidly. Check for
possible errors.
and system not able to bootup with cdrom -s, only
"STOP-A" is working to get back on ok prompt. So
please can you have any solution to resolve my
problem. Please
