280R won't boot

I'm puzzled with one of my 280R's that of course is just out of warrant.

This machine has been turned off for about 6 months. I'm now trying to
bring it back online for a project. As far as I know, it worked great when
it was last running. Now when I try to power it up, this is all I get on
the console.

CPU seeprom format: 0000.0000.0000.0002

A few google searches showed others with the same problem, but I was never
able to identify a solution. When booting in diagnostic mode, this is what
I get. I have tried reseating everything. I've even removed everything but
essential components, all to no avail. I'd really like to get this machine
running, but it may be a lost cause. You are my final hope.
