Ultra 2 with Solaris 10 11/06

I have 2 ultra 2's that I have tried to install Solaris 11/06 (burned
cd's) on. They both go through the install fine then on reboot fail to
find the boot device or the file is not executable. Solaris 03/05 worked
fine. Could it be the cd's? Or have any of the boot paths or files
changed to where the ultra 2 prom needs to be updated?
