missing SUNWcsu & DST patch

While trying to install patch 113225-05 for DST compliance purposes, the
system is telling us that SUNWcsu is not installed.
System appears to be fine, so I'm guessing something in /var/sadm/??? Is
missing or corrupt.
Anyone have any suggestions? This is a critical development server in
our environment & rebuilding the system is not an option at this point.
According to the install log (see below) SUNWcsu did install
successfully.
