Which SOHO 1 Terebyte JBOD and PCMCIA SCSI Adaptor for ZFS?

Hello;

I'm looking around for a recommendation.

I have a Fujitsu notebook with 512 mbyte RAM install with Solaris 10 x86
Update 3 (11/06).

I am looking for an external (no USB please, I hate it.) 1 Terabyte SOHO
JBOD storage (3 to 5 disks) together with a CardBus / PCMCIA SCSI
Adaptor combination.

The above would of course be used with ZFS. There's the whole point
isn't it?

Any recommendations for the CardBus / PCMCIA SCSI Adaptor? (as well as
the SOHO JBOD storage)
