RE: Terix patches for DST not installed: Sun Core Packages

With the help of Michael Imrick and Abhimanyu Pandey I was able to
resolve my problem, simply by getting a time zone file (the NIH FTP site
was down), and recompiling the zone files.

Thanks, guys!

Subject: Terix patches for DST not installed: Sun Core Packages

Hi,

I am attempting to apply the Terix-supplied DST patch T000001-01,
which has the following Sun Core packages SUNWcsu.26, SUNWcsu.27 and
SUNWcsu.251.

The server to which I am applying the patch is an E250 running 5.6
Generic_105181-33 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250. It has a
mission-critical database on it, with limited windows for bringing
down.

When attempting to apply the patch I get the messages
----------------------
Checking installed patches...
One or more patch packages included in
T000001-01 are not installed on this system.

Patchadd is terminating.
---------------------

Can anybody help me with this? Can anybody help me determine whether
it is a problem with Terix's patch, or with the E250 itself.

I'm also dropping back to punt, and attempting to download the
timezone files from NIH but that site isn't co-operating right now.

Thanks greatly for your help!
