/etc/flash/reboot

I'm just starting to use flash archives to deploy workstations to my
user community.

I need to run a script, once upon first reboot, and am trying to create
and place the script in /etc/flash/reboot.

I'm trying to figure out, when in the boot cycle, that this script will
be executed?
