RBAC policy

Hi Friends,

Actually i have not worked much on RBAC and recently faced one query that i have to create one account "rbaccount' and give him RBAC access of stop|start of named application, checking dns logs., top command and also user can execute more, cat, ps, ls, cp, more, touch, uncompress, compress, date, clear, grep, cd, hostname, date, awk, uptime, gzip, wc, netstat, ping, du, less, uname, tail, mv, kill.

Kindly suggest any best solution to resolve the same.. Please let me know step by step process as i am new to solaris OS

Regards,
Anand Singh
