Boot problems following ufsrestore

Gurus
Has anyone experienced the problem that we had in our v440 system as
shown in the attached screenshot?
We have 2 x v440 systems that we use for DR purposes, when we do a
ufsrestore onto the first system it comes up fine, but when we
ufsrestore to the second system we encounter problems as shown.
At the point where it finishes, where we should be able to either CTRL^D
or enter root password, the system hangs and we have to power off in
order to reset.
We can get round the problem, but it extends the recovery part of the DR
process excessively, which is not what the customer is paying for.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Thanks - Ian
