Sun Fire 6800/e15K hardware compatible?

I have a 6800 and an e15K, and have been asked to move a CPU board
from the 6800 to the e15K.

Can one or more of you confirm whether this is possible? I know that
the I/O boards are compatible, but am unsure of CPU board
compatibility.

I'm also wondering about memory compatibility, e.g., can I simply move
RAM to/from the 6800 to/from the e15K?
