SUMMARY: Errors applying kernel patch 118833-36

I received a good half-dozen replies on this question.
John JJ Hazelwood hit the nail on the head when he pointed out that
I was missing the 'SUNWmdb' package. (My first "worrisome message"
was 'mdb not found: patchadd not safe.')
I noticed there was also a 'SUNWmdbr' package, added both packages
to my jumpstart config and rejumped the box. This time, I got no
'worrisome messages', no warnings, no undefined symbols. The patch
ran to completion without a hitch.
Several other respondents mentioned a Sun Alert on this particular
patch, however that alert only applies when using the '-d' option to
'patchadd', which I was not.
That Sun Alert is:

Original question:
I'm applying recommended patches to a Netra T1 AC200 running a fresh_______________________________________________
install of Solaris 10 11/06. Everything runs fine until I get to the
jumbo/kernel patch 118833-36.
Patchadd seems OK at first; I get a list of packages that don't exist
on my (custom) installation, and that looks perfectly normal.
However, once the package list is done, I see a worrisome message:
| mdb not found: patchadd not safe.
Then there are a few module and dependency warnings:
| WARNING: mod_load: cannot load module 'opl_cfg'
| WARNING: opl_cfg: unable to resolve dependency, module 'misc/fcodem' not found
and
| WARNING: mod_load: cannot load module 'sbd'
| WARNING: sbd: unable to resolve dependency, module 'misc/sbdp' not found
and
| WARNING: mod_load: cannot load module 'todopl'
there are also a lot of 'undefined symbol' messages that look to be
associated with the various modules that couldn't be loaded.
Questions:
Should I be concerned about the 'patchadd not safe' error or any of
the 'WARNING' or 'undefined symbol' messages?
Am I missing one or more packages that I Really Really Ought To Have
Installed, that might make all these worrisome messages go away?
