HBA Problem sol9

Guys we had a new HBA installed into a F12k. Everything looks ok as far
as i can tell from the OS but the card is not transmitting and there is
not transmit light illuminated. Has anyone any ideas? Do i need a new
driver or anything?

Its to be a netbackup media server in the end but the san switch im
connecting it to cannot see anything. I expect its to do with the card
not transmitting.

Output from prtdiag -v showing the new hba is seen

/IO01/C5V1 PCI 61 B 33 33 1,0 ok SUNW,qlc-pci1077,2312.1077.149.2
