V1280 - Screen and keyboard

HI all,
Maybe a stupid question, has anyone every managed to devise a way to use
a screen and keyboard with a SunFire V1280. It has no keyboard input by
default.
Just wondered if anyone had ever found a way round it. It's not
essential, I know I can use the network management port, and Exceed to
work around it but it would have been handy just to plug the screen and
keyboard in.
Cheers
