SunStoredge A1000 firmware update failed

Hi,

The firmware update of my A1000 controller board failed during the upload of
the "appware" file (the "bootware" file download terminated correctly). I
was upgrading from version 2.05.xx to version 3.01.02.35 using the
RaidManager 6.22 installed on a Sun Fire V480 host running Solaris 9 HW9/04.

I'm searching now around for days and ended up with the conclusion that I
have to flash the A1000 again using the serial port. Unfortunately this is
not possible because my A1000 controller board is password protected.

Does anyone know the password to get into the A1000 controller board shell?
