privileges and zones in Solaris 10

Greetings,
In Solaris 10, I created some zones and even though I was
logged in as root when I attempted to do some ifconfig and route command
it gave me, insufficient privilege.
So I recreated the zone with limitpriv=all then during verify
it failed wit dtrace_kernel not supported in a zone (I do not care), so
what is the maximum possible.
