Unable to login suing ssh

when I login to the box using ssh as a room, there is no problem at all. when I use my normal account to connect it fails. I got the following errors. I am using nis account. I thought its ssh problem. I send HUP to ssh processID but it didn't work and again login through console and stop ssh and restart ssh. still failed. any suggestions please ......
