Hidden Spaces on FileSystems

Hi SunManagers Friends.
We are having problems with a Solaris 9 with Oracle 8 when, by Oracle comand we droped a datafile.
Oracle and Solaris don't show de file anymore, but the space is not show as a free space by df -k. We shutdown Oracle
and Solaris to see if we have a pending situation, but we can't solve the problem. We found a report that talk about
this bug in Oracle 8, but they didn't show the solution.
Is there something to solve my problem?

TIA
Reinaldo
