Sun Blade 100 PCI Card for connecting Sony SDT-9000 Tape Drive

I am trying to find a suitable SCSI PCI card for an Sun Blade 100
workstation with Sun Solaris 10, for use with an Sony SDT-9000 External
DDS-3 DAT Drive that has an Female SCSI-2 DB50 Centronic connector.
Ultimately I'm looking for a card with an external SCSI connector of Ultra
SCSI, 68pin (Female) - since this is what on my sun blade 1000.
Has anyone, any recommendations ?
