veritas clustering problems

i am having 2 sun ultra 10 work sttaion and its having veritas cluster. recently i restarted the servers. after display was not coming on both the servers.tried to telnet the from windows machines & its working. but in server no disply. i thought of checking any problems with he clustering. when i gave hastatus -sum, its sowing so manny resources failed.

I cleared all the resources and tried to online again. but its showing failed after some time.so i checked iostat -En. In that so many devices are shoeing hardware errors and no device:1

Somebody help me get rid of this problem
