Hi Gurus,



I am getting the following error message while trying

to open the Veritas Volume Manager GUI i.e vmsa







Unable to connect to the server. Make sure the server is running

and the client and server are properly configured.







The server may be started by running 'vmsa_server &',

or by enabling the server autostart service by running 'autostart on'.







DETAIL:

java.rmi.ConnectIOException: Client cannot connect to server; nested

exception is:

java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host:

[10.10.100.43:32787]; nested exception is:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused











What could be the problem..... Any help would be highly appreciated....
