Running powerpath command "powermt set policy=co" shows Error: CLARiiON device(s) not found.

I am using currently running Solaris 10

I am using the leadville drivers and have devices assigned to my host
from an EMC clarion ouput below. I installed powerpath according to
the user guide but for some reason it cannot pick up my clariion
disks. Has anyone had a similar issue?
