Unable to pkgadd on U4 on a T1000 and proliant DL380

Hi everybody,
I'm struggling hard with pkgadd in U4.
After pkgadd failing to add any package (no packages in /var/spool/pkg
err message )I trussed it and found that pkgadd was loooking for
/var/spool/pkg/install/INSTALL wich I had not.
After that it seems that it's going to work but fails with:
bash-3.00# /pkgadd -D . CSKamp_1.2_sparc.pkg
*** Installing Pre-SVR4 Package ***
The media being processed is in an old (pre-SVR4) format and it is
not possible to verify that the inserted media belongs to the
<CSKamp_1.2_sparc.pkg> package.
Do you want to continue processing this package [y,n,?,q] y
## Executing INSTALL script provided by package
## Pre-SVR4 package reports successful installation.
/sbin/sh: /usr/sadm/install/bin/intf_reloc: not found
I have the same error in two different boxes a T1000 and Dl380.
Is this a corrupt ISO or I did something wrong on the install?
