Sun T2000's

Hi list,
Sun T2000's makes too much noise, they have 3 fans and takes too much power. I have 5 T2000's in a rack connected to the same UPS, if I add one more they are brining down the UPS.
Are there any issues with T2000's?.
We are using:
Smart-UPS RT
APC Smart-UPS RT 5000VA 208V
