Timestamp Discrepency between Weblogic vs. System time

Hi All,
***** Sorry for a wide spread but if you know how to fix this, please help *****
I've installed Weblogic 8.1 SP 4 on my latest Sol 10 server. The
application is running fine so is the OS, but I have noticed that the
timestamp of all entries inside .../webserv/logs/PIA_stderr.log is 1
hr behind the OS. In other words, my weblogic app did not pick up the
U.S DST change recently which resulted the timestamp discrepency
between weblogic & OS. The Java on OS is the latest. I'm wondering
that does anyone know how to fix it? Where does the timestamp in each
of the entry in PIA_stderr.log come from? How to determine what
version of j2se my app is using? Any helps/suggestions are
appreciated.
TIA,
-Chris
