Zones, Mac Addresses

Hey folks,

Quick question: can we have multiple zones have their own IPs,
connected to a single NIC, all with a single MAC address for that NIC?

We're billed by the MAC address :-)

Also, where's the good information on setting up the networking
configuration for zones? I'm pretty new to all this.
