pinout for RJ45 to DB9 adapter / 25xx series arrays

Hello all,
Trying to help a friend out here. They have a Sun StorageTek 25xx array
which has the MD6 pin serial port.

They have already obtained the MD6pin to RJ45 cable (Sun part#
530-3544), the pinout of which is detailed on page 92 of this PDF:
http://docs.sun.com/source/820-0015-12/820-0015-12.pdf

However, try as we might, we are not able to locate the RJ45 to DB9
adapter (part# 371-1107) so that this can be plugged into a PC for
configuration.

If I could locate the pinout specs for this cable, I could just make one
myself, but these details seem to be scarce.

It should be noted that there was a wiring inconsistency on the cable,
which is detailed in the 2nd post by flogi here if anyone is interested:
http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10661634
This wiring inconsistency resulted in two different RJ45 to DB9 adapters
being needed for the 2 different versions of 530-3544. According to the
details on the aforementioned URL, I am sure I need part# 371-1107
instead of the original adapter part# 530-3100.

Any help would be appreciated (either locating the pre-made adapter or
the pinout details for the adapter)

Thanks in advance,
Dave
