Powerpath head scratcher

I can label *emcpower2b* and partition it in format. However, I can't newfs
it. I can newfs /dev/dsk*/*c0t50060161306011F7d0s0 one of the pathed disks
of the 4 for example. but none of the emcpower devices "seem" to exist

# newfs /dev/rdsk/emcpower2b
/dev/rdsk/emcpower2b: I/O error
# newfs /dev/rdsk/emcpower1a
/dev/rdsk/emcpower1a: I/O error

According to the info below these 2 should be the same disk device. This is
the lates solaris 10, and the most recent powerpath I grabbed from
PadmaRao's home dir.
