    We have a dual-rail memory channel hub configuration between two AS4100
    nodes.

    Is it possible to fail over the active rail from software?

    Either via command line or via some API call. There is nothing obvious in
    the memory channel manuals.

    This is using TruCluster 1.6 on Tru64 4.0f
