Need to backup nfs mounted partitions from non Tru64 host using v dump.

    Hi,

    Can anyone confirm whether vdump is capable of backing up any old nfs mount.
    Currently I use vdump to backup nfs directories from other Tru64 hosts, by
    mounting the appropriate partition, doing the backup and then unmounting the
    partition. Can I assume that this proceedure should work for non-Tru64
    remote hosts.
