    Hello,

can somebody tell me, how to solve the following problem : "Too many users
    logged on already"

When I try to login to the server (Tru64 UNIX V5.1A) via telnet or ssh I get
this error and could not login.

    Thank you for your help

    Best regards,
    Hicham
