Thanks to A. Mahendra Rajah, Hajnik Ferenc for thier suggestions to
increase the limit for max_proc_per_user
HP support is also of the same view, however there was no response that
could provide a reason for why this happened. niether is there a
supporting reason for increasing the parameter to a value of 2048 as
suggested by some.
I am going to bump this up to 2048.
